It™€™s a lovely stove. But, the online and app experience is horrible. And you™€™re forced to go through the app to use certain features like air fry. Terrible user experience there. Also, in my case, the top rack won™€™t pull out of the upper oven without forcing it and scratching and gouging the interior finish. No good. Bottom racks work fine. Top oven light doesn™€™t come on.

30" Smart Slide in Induction

This is my first range with induction, it is better than I had heard. I had electric all my life so there is not much change between the both of them. It does heat pans much faster. The only problem I have is in 2 weeks my husband had something drip on the bottom of the upper oven. I read the manual and used bar keepers friend to clean up the drippings. However it did dull the finish. Not sure how to fit that so for only owing the stove for 3 weeks the inside is. not new looking anymore. I have learned to like the double oven, never had before. My husband and I can cook something different in the oven at the same time. Now I do not like the fact that the second oven door is so low to the ground but there is nothing else you can do. I didn't want a wall oven nor do I have the space for it. I would have liked the induction to be a single oven as Cafe doesn't offer that. Otherwise the style is perfect. I ordered the black and its a nice matte black that gives my space a moden look without a complete remodel. The controls are wonderful and love having the lights on the dials. The digital display is fast working, can't tell you how long it will last I only have had this item for 3 weeks.

[Employee of cafe_appliances] I love my new stove! Had to buy new pans for it though, which I didn't realize. Love that it alerts me on my Apple Watch when things are done, the app lets me see my time left to cook, when it's preheated, etc. Very cool. I love that both the oven and range heat quickly and clean up very nicely. This is the first time I've had double ovens and it's a little strange having one that basically opens to the ground. I keep thinking I might step on it. The range is beautiful though and has the internal probe which is the reason I bought the model (had a Profile with it before). Overall, I'm very pleased with all the functions. I know there are a lot more to explore. I look forward to using all the various cooking areas during the holidays. Lots of capacity.

Had it for a couple weeks now. Thought there would be a learning curve since this is my first double oven and induction top. Baked a carrot cake in the lower and garlic cheese biscuits in the top. Both were baked to perfection! Have had no problem cooking either. The cooktop is amazing. I thought this was really spendy but it™€™s worth the price. Love the matte black! Some have expressed that the timer could be louder and I agree. However it doesn™€™t stop until you cancel it and if you connect to wifi, your phone alerts you.

Completely in love with my new range - everything about it.....love having the double oven, the induction cooktop is amazing....everything I have made so far has come out awesome....cooktop cleans up SO nicely with cooktop cleaner. Today I can say that having induction cooktop is not only amazing, but SO SAFE....last night the oven display stayed on all night and wouldn't turn off....couldn't figure it out...turns out I had a burner still on and had no idea....so thankful that's all it was and that induction won't heat up without a pan on it....lesson learned....(not something I would typically ever do, and the knob light goes off so didn't realize)....anyway cannot say enough about how much I love this appliance....it's gorgeous, amazing functions, high quality and solid.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Heats very fast, faster than gas and we really like the two separate oven compartments. The air fryer option works great on the lower oven. Sleek and handsome design as a slide in and looks great. Poor Stove Top Design

The poor design of the stove top. Where the glass meets the controls/display food and debris get under the rubber strip. I wish I knew this before we purchased this but here we are. Good thing have extended warranty, now if the warranty company will cover this as they won't cover the leak in my Cafe Microwave. Steam gets in and fogs the inside of the glass door.

Who needs gas when you can have this

Great range with tons of features. Great look, great quality you would expect from GE. So fast to heat pots and pans. Couldn™€™t be easier to keep top clean, nothing burns onto it like electric elements. Smart connectivity is great to preheat oven and to know when it™€™s done. Probe works great with Precision Cooking and takes the guess work out of it. Perfectly even heat in both ovens. Air fry works great, you can™€™t expect it to work like a countertop air fryer due to the bigger oven cavity but you get the same results just takes slightly longer. If you are someone that is busy and need something to help with saving yourself time to cook and clean to spend more quality time with your family, this awesome looking range is what you are looking for.

Just a free standing with front knobs

I am sooo disappointed in GE design shop. This is just a free standing range with knobs in front. I love the range features, the induction is awesome! BUT, why oh why did GE change the design of the slide in ranges? The trim kit is terrible fix to a poor design. Crumbs and spills go down the side of the range between the cabinets, just terrible. Shame, shame, shame.

We love the way it looks loved induction top. Cooks fast both ovens cook evenly overall grate oven oven. The only thing that I wasn™€™t super impressed with is the slide out rack seems a little flimsy, was hoping it was a little bit more stationary.

We enjoy the warm to touch range with kid fingers in mind. The technology is a plus as it sets to my phone notifying me that thr preheat or timer is complete. Also allows me to preheat afar from my phone. The design and style is elegant with a crisp look.

A lot of induction range in a standard 30" space.

We replaced a double-oven, dual-fuel range with this Cafe' induction range. Induction cooking is at least as convenient and controllable as gas. The cooktop is infinitely easier to clean. Replacing all our cookware was a minor concern but it was worth it.

not a great setup with the two ovens

The double oven seemed like a good idea until you go to use it. The top oven is very small and you can't even put a lid on a casserole dish. The bottom oven is bigger but you have to bend down to the floor to put anything into the oven and again to get a hot heavy dish out. The convection top is the only part of it that I like and the only reason for 2 stars

To achieve our household electrification goals, cooking was low hanging fruit. Wanted to give induction a try, but also wanted a double oven unit. This Cafe range fit the bill perfectly. More power and greater control over our old gas unit. We love all the features, and it is easier to clean than our old gas range, too! Never going back to gas. Next step: remove the gas line to the kitchen.

First induction stove - initial thoughts

All in all I am very satisfied with this unit now that we have it. However, due to supply chain issues we had to wait over a year for it to be delivered and customer service was at times rather unhelpful with that process. The unit itself is great, but has a few drawbacks: PROS - boils water FAST and it™€™s easy to hone in on precise temperatures. Oven temp feels consistent and upper oven is great for pizza baking with a pizza stone on the rack. The ability to pair the oven with my phone so that I can start preheating the oven before I get home is a feature I enjoy much more than I thought I would. CONS - the ™€˜air fry™€™ mode does not work nearly as well as our actual air fryer - it really feels like it isn™€™t much different than the standard convection oven. Disappointed in that. Cooktop tends to make more of a humming noise than I expected when cooking. Also, some ferrous pans seem to work better with the magnets in the stove than others ™€" I have two stainless pans that heat differently on the same burners. Possibly a matter of the thickness of the metal? Certainly get better performance with better cookware. All in all I would highly recommend this product.

Purchased this item in January 2022. Delivered October 2022! Waited 10 months for this stove. It is very good quality and the induction works very well. Double ovens are awesome for our vacation home. Bottom oven has air fry feature. This is very important for quick meals.

Induction range works great! Oven broke on day 3!

We waited a year for this unit. We have the fridge and matching microwave and they work great. We understood the global supply chain issues and had no issue waiting. We were fortunate to have a working oven and a small toaster oven while we waited. The unit was installed on 22Dec2022. The induction range does exactly what we thought, boils water real fast! So much so, my wife boiled three pots of water when I came home from work to demonstrate how awesome it was! Having electric ranges in the past, waiting for water to boil had become the norm. This was amazing! We used our new double oven about three times before it stopped working. The best part was in Christmas Day we had 17 people over for dinner and the oven quit early in the process of cooking dinner! Thank god we have a breville smart air fry toaster oven. That little unit carried the entire dinner for us while our brand new, long awaited new double oven sat broke and idle. Needless to say that was very disappointing. A repairman has already been out and diagnosed the issue as a fan not working which is causing the unit to heat without being cooled and then shutting off. The control panel will also need to be replaced. We have no timeline on when this may be repaired or if the unit will be fixed. The range works great. The double oven was used less than a handful of times before breaking on day 3 of use! Maybe I™€™ll write another review when (and if) we ever use this large broken box. Very disappointed patient waiters in Maryland.

This oven is amazing! The induction really boils quickly and it™€™s so nice having the cool stove top with little kids around. The oven cook modes work exactly as expected and the Wi-Fi options are perfect for preheating on the way home. I wouldn™€™t change a thing about this oven.

The range and oven are excellent. It's just a little large for our spac but still looks great and works just as well. The control over the power if fantastic and feels like you're cooking with gas. The price is high, but i feel like it mostly worth the cost.

Although I haven't had a lot of time to use it, so far I love my new Cafe range. The biggest advantages for me have been how quickly the oven heats up and the wifi feature that lets me know -- via my phone -- when it's preheated and when the timer goes off. Love that! But like I said, I have haven't used the cooktop much yet. It doesn't seem to boil water as fast as I've been told, but we'll see.

The cafe is the best stove ever. The dual ovens work to precision and are extremely convenient when cooking more than one dish. The smaller oven is great for baking and warming breads. It cleans up easily and looks beautiful. The stove top is amazing in controlling the temperature, the cooktop has even better control than gas. Convection and air fry also work perfect. Having Wi-Fi and connecting to Alexa is a fun and useful feature also. I totally love this stove. Makes cooking fun!
