We are loving this freezer. It is being used in a food pantry and holds so much food in between distributions. It has a great seal on it which is reassuring because if we lost a entire freezer of meat it would be devastating to the Pantry and families we feed. We are very happy with it so far!

I purchased the large 24.9 cu freezer a month ago with the anticipation of using ALL 24.9 cu. After filling the entire freezer with product I found only the bottom half was and not the top. Amazed that I was already using my warranty the serviceman informed me that this model gets complaints all the time and the reason being is the manufacturer only put coils on the bottom half with the anticipation of the unit not being open on a daily basis. This is ridiculous, and Home Depot does not offer any returns or refunds once the product is delivered. I most definitely ripped off!

24.8 cu ft freezer chest arrived with faulty wiring that tripped the GFI plug in our garage. We tested the GFI with a top of the line Klein Tools rt250 that showed the plug was functioning fine (1 yr old home). We dropped the freezer off at the vendor who said it didn™™t trip their breaker which was higher voltage since it was a huge commercial building. We had to remind them we purchased a residential appliance used in a home.

Freezer seems to be working great. Nice to have extra space. Disappointed that there were only 2 sliding baskets and no dividers. Makes it hard to organize. Instructions show to put both locking rollers on one end. Doesn™™t work for me, when I lean in to get something on the other side near the unlocked end, the freezer moves.

This freezer is massive. It will take me quite a while to fill it up to any sort of capacity. It was easy to install the wheels and move it around, although I recommend getting help to flip it over. It got cold pretty quickly and I was able to put stuff in the freezer within 24 hours. If you need to stock up on frozen items and you have the space, this freezer is great.

Had our chest freezer for 2 months and it™™s completely full with meat, vegetables and fruit. Like the 2 baskets to store the small items for easy access. We had to replace our old Frigidaire chest freezer that we owned for 28 years. Frigidaire is dependable and well made.for 28

We are very pleased with our new chest freezer. It's awesome that the freezer has an adjustable temperature dial, and the baskets that fit into the top of the freezer slide back and forth easily are a wonderful addition! Other pluses are the light in the interior and that the freezer is on wheels. Thanks Frigidaire!

Purchased Oct 12, 2022, received Oct 26, 2022. Pugged in and got cold, so though everything was ok. after 2 days we realized the top half of the freezer elements did not freeze (just the bottom half worked) it spoiled the contents of the whole freezer. We tried for a month to get a hold of Frigidaire using the number provided in the manual. everyday the same response "we are too busy to take your call, check our website" send e-mail's through the website but no response. after a month we called Home depot (where we bought it from) they were helpful and after an hour of waiting on the line they got someone at Frigidaire to help us. We now have a service appointment for January 4th. not sure its a fixable problem so I'm guessing well be waiting for a replacement unit after that. We do have another freezer like this one and works great and like it which is why we went for the same one again, so i'm not saying the type is bad or anything just very disappointed with the inability to even get someone on the phone for over a month to help.

Our first freezer we got didn™™t work. We had to fight to get another one and wait three months. Your customer service was useless no help at all. Totally unexcepable. The second freezer we have to keep the temperature down low to keep the top frozen. We have bought several fridgidaire freezers before and they were good. Now you have poor quality control and poor service. What happened? Please respond back.

We had a problem at first with the food staying frozen no matter how low i set the temperature. We couldn't get hold of anyone who could come look at it. The soonest would have been 5 weeks and since we put some already frozen turkeys and chickens in it as well as pork, we could not wait . We were in a panic but then we found that the seal on the lid wasn't tight in one place which was several cm long, so we place a water jug on the top and it stays sealed now. I love that there is a bright light inside the freezer. The freezer runs so quietly that you have to place your ear right on the freezer to hear the hum. We have no complaints at this time.

I purchased this freezer for my farm. I needed one big enough to store a couple of processed beef in that I am selling. I love that it is on wheels and has a light inside to be able to see better. It also has an light on the outside to alert me if it is plugged in or not. I am very happy with it.

This is my third Frigidaire big chest freezer. The addition of casters to make it easier to move around, especially when it's time to defrost one. This one is wider front to back, so sliding baskets from the older ones don't fit, but time does march on... There is no partitioning structure either, so I now have fitted the new one with rectangular milk crates and a bunch of stackable wire baskets that fill in the rest of the space in the bottom. This new one does not get as cold as the older models, but still gets to around minus 12 degrees F. My only complaint is that once the freezer was started up and was stable, the lid has warped slightly so the seal is not perfect. I have had a weighted cardboard box setting on the lid to "encourage" the lid to straighten up. After several weeks, it seems to working on it and the gap is much smaller now. These units, old and now new, have been reliable for me for 12 years and counting. Price has almost tripled since the first one I bought, but urea fertilizer has gone from $300/ton to $1200/ton, but for that I blame our Federal printing presses and the digital dollars they create from thin air.

Plenty of space and super quiet. I love the temperature range with the digital display, and the light on the inside is great for grabbing things at night. The casters make it easy to roll around even with a bunch of weight in it. Best chest freezer I™™ve had.

This chest freezer is the 4th one we have. Our older ones are 10-15 years old and are still working. We raise Dexter cattle and sell sides to our beef customers. These freezers are used to hold them until we deliver or customers pick up on their schedule.This new one has features that differ from the ones we are used to. The 2022 model doesn™™t get as cold, minus-6 versus minus-20. This one comes with wheels, a nice feature when defrosting when needed. While our older ones came with adjustable dividers to help keeping track what is where. The new chest is a big hole, period. New one has two sliding baskets, the old ones have three in each chest. Additional trays are available, at a price of $129 + shipping. (They are plastic).The new one was leveled when installed and the lid seal was perfect. Unfortunately, once it was chilled, the lid warps enough to break the seal. It requires a small box with 10 lbs of weight to keep it closed. All in all, this one will work, but for three times the price of the last one we bought 10 years ago.

Freezer trips my breaker out let after 2 minutes, using regular outlet and barely freezing. Electrician says freezer has a short in it. Home Deput delivery guys did not stick around to see if appliance worked and failed to put the wheels on as requested due to they couldn't be here while I was on shift. Manufacture has not sent a replacement twice, I am currently waiting on third order. beyond frustrated!!!

While the Freezer is large enough, I am concerned that the seal on the door is not sealing even though the unit is level, I have to put a case of pop on the top to keep it sealed. I thought it would have been magnetic, but I guess not.

This freezer works perfect. It has no trouble keeping inside temp at 0 degrees even outside in the south on 90 degree summer days. I have my freezer in my barn because I dont have room in my house for it. It has plenty of room inside also. I just had a cow processed and I got 749 lbs of beef and it only took up half the freezer. I definitely recommend this freezer.

Unboxing this thing was like uncovering a small home. Got wheels on it and plugged it in. Waited several hours, after adjusting my preferred temp. and unloaded my 2 smaller freezers into it. Barley put a dent in the bottom. Massive room. I have half a beef on order and can not wait to see how full I can get it. Pleased with this purchase.
