I bought this through AJ Madison it was delivered and the Range totally failed within hours. I was never able to use it. The ensuing two weeks without a functioning range which will not be 3-4 weeks without were and are a clear example of LGs customer neglect and reprehensible treatment.
LG Customer service fought with me accused me of doing something wrong scheduled technicians that couldnt come to the house waited to reschedule new technicians and didnt deliver replacement parts to get the range working when an official technician did arrive 2 weeks later. He couldnt repair the range. Im still without.
Customer service is awful customer service is very difficult to use and access LGs treatment of the customer is unfortunate and uncaring the only way to get attention is to escalate the matter and complain to the President and CEO of the company and then eventually they stop responding.
And the customer still has nothing in this case. I bought four other LG appliances and had good luck and this overshadows all of those decent items. I regret this purchase and level of effort put into trying to force the company to be accountable for its product and the impact it has had financially.

This oven would not level thermostat was 50 degrees off at 350 and the entire cooktop rattled when the fan came on. Loews replaced the oven for me. The new oven is now 75 degrees off and I have two oven thermometers in there. Customer service does not was to send out a technician.

This has been a powerful cooking machine - it preheats quickly and boils rapidly. Weirdly the markings on the front dials rubbed opff within three months making stovetop cooking pretty dicey. It took almost eight months of repeated emails and phone calls to get these replaced by LG. We are now having the same issues with the tine holders in our dishwasher - all of our appliances are pretty new 1-2 years LG and are really great except for a tiny little thing thats completely failing. Will probably look elsewhere when buying my next major appliance.

We bought a complete LG suite for our recently updated kitchen because weve had LG products previously and we LOVE them. This slide-in range has a contemporary feel due to its low profile. It is beautiful and performs perfectly. I always test a new oven with an oven thermometer and this oven. Note: you need to preheat about 6mins beyond the preheat audible indicator. This is usually due to the sensors in the oven being placed above the middle of the oven. Waiting 6 mins has been right on for me and the oven then does a nice job of maintaining your set temp. I highly recommend

Ive now had this range 4 weeks and am still learning how to use it. While it has many features such as convection and air bake the knobs are extremely frustrating to read. Doesnt matter what time of day or how much light is on its still almost impossible to read whats on the dials without bending down to see what setting youre on or trying to find the appropriate oven setting. Also be sure to lock the controls after each use. I found that even a towel benign dragged across the oven knob will move it to an on position. Luckily you have to press start for it to come on.
If nothing else I would recommend LG change the color of the print on the knobs to white or some color easily readable. Im currently searching for replacement knobs unfortunately LG only offers replacement knobs for gas ranges and that comes at an absurd price.

Heats up well and looks nice. Like the blue inside. Negative feedback -Dont place the serial # info on the back of a slide in range. After professional install and leveling last thing I want to do is pull it out to get the serial number to register it and claim rebates. Top is very hard to clean even with Cerabrite. Make the app be able to unlock the range. Knobs are way too easy to accidentally turn on. Hate how the ThinQ feature when set up w the app some how syncs w my microwave. This means it overrides the microwave fan and light settings when I turn on the range.

We have had the range for several months and are very disappointed with the oven temperature controls. The display temp doesnt indicate the true oven temp. Its off by as much as 50 F either too hot or not hot enough. Attempts to make calibration adjustments have not been successful. Successful baking requires watching the oven full time and frequently cracking open the door to avoid burning baking projects. Since the oven is used nearly daily this is a nuisance. Weve tried calling troubleshooting numbers sending emails with temperature comparison results talking to the supplier Home Depot all with out getting any assistance. We would like to go back to our old range.

I bought this from Costco based upon the positive reviews. The convection oven is amazing not disappointed at all when making pizza. The cook top is susceptible to scratching from any cookware placed upon it especially cast iron frying pans nevertheless the heating pads heat up quickly and evenly easily boiling water or frying eggs.

After about 10 calls to customer service two Better Business Bureau complaints and 4 services calls for technicians my air fryer doesnt work properly. LG techs tell me I have to preheat it Manual says I dont have to. It takes approx. 25 minutes to get up to the set heat. It is supposed to operate at 50 degrees hotter than the display for proper air frying.
LG refuses to FIX REPLACE or REFUND this range. Next step is suing in small claims court.

Purchased two months ago. Weve really enjoyed it so far. It has taken a bit to gauge the temperature because our old range was really old and likely the thermostat was off. I used the easy clean feature which is helpful in keeping the inside looking good. Havent tried the self clean yet. Theres only negative I can think of and this isnt the fault of the range itself. We really like the look of having the controls on the front giving it a more built-in look. Unfortunately my husband and I are in our 60s and its difficult to see the settings on the knobs. We have to bend down for a close look. Again our fault for not taking that into consideration...just something to keep in mind. Other than that were loving the new addition to our kitchen.

We bought this oven in November as part of a package from Best Buy. I really love it so far. My husband says hes still getting used to it because the temperatures and settings are a bit different from our old one mostly the cooktop settings. I love how it looks and Im so happy that I went with the settings knobs in the front instead of the back no reaching over hot pans. It looks great and its less scrunched together with microwave above it. The air fry function is fun to have and the tray that comes with the oven is super large. Oh yeah and I like that you can turn the oven light on and off by tapping the glass instead of opening it up to look. I also like the online connection siteit does automatic diagnoses for any issues it lets you know when burners are left on etc. Everything is really awesome so far

The surface gets scratched easily and you are required to handle special hardware thats compatible .
Even the slightest movement can and will scratch the surface.

We have been using our new range since mid December and have found that the burners accidentally get turned on simply by working beside the range and brushing against the knobs. We have found that we have to keep the LOC on the range all the time. Also I am having difficulty finding the correct settings when using the stove top. It seems to not really have a simmer or low setting. Even when using the large burner the low setting keeps the pots boiling too hard.

Broken Corner Molding - Knobs Stickout Too Much

Bought unit several months ago but had it installed a couple of months back. The unit works well but has the following issues:
- the front of unit has little corner molding at each end not sure why but one of the molding is missing. Not sure how this happened. Regardless LG repair technician came over and looked at the problem and had to order a new corner molding. I dont know why he came onsite without a replacement molding when they had all the information and pictures showing the missing piece? Still waiting for replacement part arrival of pare is unknown :-
- Front Knobs to control the burners are sticking out and are very sensitive it is easy to be touch while walking by and the burner turns on without you knowing. This has happened a few times with us and fortunately nothing was on top of burner at the time but otherwise this could of been a very dangerous situation.
- The unit itself scratches very easily for a new unit it already have multiple scratches. Note both my partner and I are very careful in using this unit minimize and new scratches.
* Lastly knowing now the issues with this unit I should have gone with one of the other units with now corner molding and more tilted/protected front knobs.

Since we bought this stove we have undergone a learning curve to be able to use the electronic features. The user manual does provide some tips for using both the stove top and the oven. I ended up contacting LG services to order the Rear Decor Guard that was supposed to come with it but wasnt in the box. The LG representative that I spoke to was very helpful and ordered the part for me free of charge. I received the part via UPS about two weeks later. So far we are very pleased with our purchase.

We purchased this range during a kitchen remodel so it was delivered in May 2021 installed in September 2021 and and December 2022. The oven is not working properly does not keep the temperature regulated the stove top has never worked properly the simmer does not exist. Therefore you cannot leave anything on the burner unattended because it will burn and we have had several incidences of the knobs on the front being accidentally turned on if you walk by them or lean up against them. While we love the aesthetics of the stove the quality is unacceptable. I contacted LG and basically they told me that there is a one-year warranty and Im just basically out of luck. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the gentleman told me that he was well trained in his job and there was no need for a supervisor. I should refer to my paper work where it says that there is only a one year warranty.

I love the look of the unit not so its use. It would be more easy to use if the knobs were more clearly marked as to burner size. And the light does not indicate which burner surface is hot.The oven temperature seems to be hotter than indicated I tested with a thermometer my cake turned brown on top within 10 minutes at 350 before it came to a rise. I wish I would have stayed with Kitchenaid.

This is a review after one month of use.
The style and design is an upgrade for our smaller kitchen. The oven is bigger but doesnt feel out of place. Having the controls in front has been nice but now I wish that there was an LED lighting them up for easier morning use. This is a feature of the next oven up. Also in consideration of a sleeping household we could do without the 5 second song alerting to a heated oven. Havent figured out how to turn it off yet.
Keeping the cooktop clean is a learning curve since we use it 3 times per day. We dont own a razor scraper so I suggest companies to include them in the future. Finally the storage below only fits half of the baking items that the previous range didnt. Seems sized to fit 4-5 baking sheets.
Nevertheless this oven heats significantly faster than our previous model. We are getting to know the features and hope to experiment with the air fryer soon. We bought this around the Black Friday sales so we saved $700+ off the original price so I suggest capitalizing on deals like that.

So far so good. The oven is great. I love the air fryer setting something I didnt think I would use but have numerous times. When using convection it settles 25 degrees less than what I set it for. So if I want it set for 350 I generally set the temp to 375. This works fine. The only con I can mention is that the knobs are easily turned on if you lean against them so be vigilant. Overall I am very happy with the stove.

This is a really nice electric convection range with air-fry. It is easy to use - like when using the Convection feature you put in the regular temperature as recommended on food packaging and the oven self-adjusts to 25 degrees less. The oven has the blue interior which does make it easier to view food when baking.
Only have one recommendation at this point:
1. While knobs are easy to turn there is not a definite sound/feeling when they are turned off - even though they are in the OFF position. Recommendation to LG: Knobs should have a more definite clicking sound and solid feel when turned off.

I regret buying the range and in the future I wont buy an LG range. The glass stovetop is terrible. Ive had it for less than a year and it is scratched up and has terrible cloudy stains all over that wont come out. The stainless steel is of cheap quality and also easily stretches. This is despite using proper products to clean the range and doing my best to maintain it. The dials are extremely sensitive and turn on even if you bump into them accidentally. Im not impressed with the air fryer - fries and nuggets are always soggy. Theres a back air vent that doesnt come off so gunk gathers inside - super gross. Lastly the burners randomly turn off and turn back on. Very frustrating I contacted customer support and they were NO help. All these issues in less than a year. I would caution you away from an LG range.

Possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever felt with in my life. Unit broke and they could not fix. Technician accidentally closed ticket 2 weeks in and they made me wait an additional 2 weeks before refunding me. We went 45 days before they agreed to refund us to find out they wont refund the full amount originally paid. Save yourself the hassle if their product ever breaks. These were poorly produced during pandemic and quality isnt the same as years past. This will be the last LG product I purchase in my life after dealing with their awful customer service

I bought this stove about 4 months ago and love the look and performance of it. However what I dont love is how easy the knobs on the front turn and cut on. This is a MAJOR safety concern. We have cabinets above and around the stove as most people do. When you lean to reach the cabinets the knobs are touched and will cut on. This has happened twice. One time we left the house for over 2 hours to come home to the stovetop on HIGH. There should be an additional button to press if the buttons engage that easily. I cant imagine that I am the only person having this issue/concern.

the oven heats up quickly and once you have used the burners they work great just takes a little use getting use to the dial settings

i recently replaced all of my appliances. Got the beautiful black steel. This stove/oven is so pretty in my kitchen. So easy to use and clean up. I am very happy with it.

This is my first LG appliance. I knew that LG is a good product but never bought any appliances. The stove is great with the air fry feature. So far I am very pleased with the stove. It certainly cooks faster than my other stove. I absolutely love the air fry feature now I can eat my favorite French fries without using oil.

I bought this oven right before Thanksgiving and it was fabulous We are avid cooks on Thanksgiving and had all the burners and the oven running at the same time. Everything worked beautifully. The old stove would shut off when it got too hot basically when you ran all the burners and the oven at the same time I couldnt be happier

I have had this a month and love it. Love the air fry also. One less appliance on my cupboard. Stove top cleans up nice. Has lots of features I was looking for. I like it so much I just ordered another one for my second home.

We had an older slide in range with coil eyes and wanted to get one with a flat top but size was an issue. This range fit perfectly with a little cut out on the depth. The oven cooks great and we really like the convection oven and all the other settings that are available on this oven. Its very easy to clean with the easy care. I already have it set up with the Wi-Fi and app because we have an LG dishwasher so I just had to add the oven to the app. Only complaint is the controls for the cook too turn on easily if bumped so we keep the control lock on until we are ready to use the oven and turn it back on after we use it. I would definitely recommend LG products.

Have had for 11 months.Nice feature and easy to clean. Knobs are super sensitive and easy to turn on by accident. Stove top gets hot super fast. Worst thing about the oven was it failed after using the self clean function 11 months after we purchased. This was the first time this function was used. Had to have a service call to repair.
