Excellent work resolving our appliance ( dryer) repair needs. Very impressed with scheduling and followup. Very impressed with knowledge, experience and ability to complete work as well as explain/teach results of evaluation and repair. All interactions were professional and friendly. Our repair tech (Marcus) was excellent, and inspired confidence and trust. Service Manager (Keith) was also great to work with, and worked well to assure satisfaction. Both represented Ruffalo Appliances very well, and left us very happy having chosen them. Will definitely choose them in future when future appliance purchases as well as repair needs arise.

Marcus came to fix my dishwasher. He was super knowledgeable and efficient. He was also very patient with my toddler son who was extremely interested all his tools. Not only did he fix the problem, but he made me feel safe and at ease. Thank-you so much!!! 10/10 would recommend . :)

The Ruffalo Appliance customer service experience gets an A+ from our family every step of the way. My phone calls were always promptly, professionally and helpfully returned. Voice mails were left updating me on the progress of my repair. The team coming to my house called ahead, as promised, every time. They showed up in the agreed upon window. They were helpful, courteous, and polite in my home. I trusted the team and their expertise. I will use Ruffalo for all my appliance repair needs and you should too.

Delivery guys were very polite and helpful during install. Took the time to explain basic operations of the stove. Would recommend them to my friends.
